We're going to keep this short and readable because nobody reads 40-page terms of service documents, and hiding important stuff in legal boilerplate is dishonest.
SendCanary configures and monitors your domain's email authentication (DMARC, SPF, DKIM, BIMI). You pay us for the service. We do the work. That's the deal.
Year 1: $249. Covers setup, wizard, sender discovery, enforcement, and 12 months of monitoring with monthly proof reports.
Year 2 and beyond: $10/month. Keeps your records synced, logo hosted, and monitoring active.
Unlimited domains. No per-seat fees. No hidden charges. Price increases, if they ever happen, apply to new customers first. Existing customers keep their rate for at least 12 months after any change.
Cancel anytime from your dashboard. No phone calls, no retention specialists, no hoops.
When you cancel, you have two options:
Either way, your data is deleted within 30 days of cancellation.
We take reasonable care to configure your email authentication correctly and monitor it reliably. If we make a mistake that breaks your email delivery, we'll fix it immediately and you can use the emergency revert button at any time.
We are not responsible for issues caused by your email providers, DNS providers, or changes you make outside of SendCanary. Email delivery depends on many factors beyond DNS records.
Your email protection lives in DNS, not in our app. If our servers go down, your DMARC policy, SPF records, and DKIM signatures continue working. The only thing that stops during downtime is monitoring and new report ingestion. We aim for 99.9% uptime but we're a small shop, not AWS.
See our Privacy Policy. The short version: we don't sell it, we don't share it with advertisers, and we delete it when you leave.
If something goes wrong, email john@travise.net. We'll try to work it out like reasonable people. If we can't, the laws of Arizona govern these terms.
If we change these terms, we'll email you with a clear summary of what changed and why. No stealth updates.
